I love to design spaces that connect my clients to their true sense of home and sanctuary for today’s modern lifestyle.

Shah de Saxe is living her childhood dream. The internationally recognised interior designer always had an inkling that she’d end up in the design space.

When Shah was just nine, her family had an interior designer renovate and redesign their home, and was instantly inspired by their work. Shah’s parents often caught her re-arranging her own bedroom and styling spaces according to its feel and purpose. It became her creative outlet and she quickly found her own purpose.

After finishing school, Shah spent a year working as a Marketing Assistant before following her passion and studied a Bachelor of Art and Design, Majoring in Graphic Design at Australian Catholic University. Shah moved with her partner and now husband to the UK where she was accepted into a prestigious college in London and went on to work as a luxury, high-end residential designer where she was later promoted as a senior designer. Shah focused on concept design, furniture, fixtures and fittings selections, and would lead client-facing meetings.

Her work in Europe included the redesign of the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London and public areas in Grand Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam.

Now specialising in residential design in Australia, Shah wants to help create a sanctuary for families to escape everyday stresses.

Known for taking a personal and unique approach to interior design, Shah prides herself on the connections she makes with clients and truly understanding their personalities, before exceeding their expectations.

From small jobs, to larger renovations, Shah works with you from concept to completion to turn your house into a home.

Based in the beautiful Barossa Valley,, the mother of two loves practicing yoga, long walks, browsing on Instagram and Pinterest and cooking delicious, healthy meals for friends and family.
